We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address

We strive to ensure that your orders are shipped to the correct address. However, if the recipient's address is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages. In such cases, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship the package at your expense. Alternatively, if you prefer to cancel the order, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.

In the event that the package is not returned to us, we will process a new order for you to replace the original. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of the new order and shipping.
